1. Withmax and your account
Withmax provides project source code and related resources. These terms apply to the website and paid code library. Keep your account credentials private and use accurate account information. Your lifetime pass belongs to the account signed in when you purchase it.
2. Free projects and the lifetime pass
Projects marked free can be downloaded after signing in without buying a pass. One payment for the Withmax Lifetime Pass gives your account permanent access to all current and future paid projects in the library, including updates and unlimited downloads. There is no subscription or renewal charge.
Each project’s page describes its features and setup requirements. Third-party services, hosting, and infrastructure may have their own charges. The pass does not include those charges or a guaranteed schedule for future project releases.
3. Source code license
You may adapt paid project source code for unlimited personal projects, commercial applications, and applications built for clients. You may deliver those applications to clients. You must not resell, share, or redistribute the downloaded source as a template, boilerplate, source-code product, or competing code library, or share your pass with others.
Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses. Free projects are subject to the licenses included with those projects.
4. Payment and regional pricing
Polar is the merchant of record and processes your purchase. Prices are in USD. We use the country inferred from your IP address to choose a regional discount; when the country is unknown, the base price applies. The dialog shows the base price and any discount. Polar calculates applicable taxes and displays the final total before payment.
Future price changes apply to new purchases. They do not require existing passholders to pay again for the access their purchase grants.
5. Immediate access and refunds
We do not offer voluntary refunds for this digital purchase. Access is made available after payment is verified.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or refunds allowed or required under Polar’s policies. Polar may issue a refund on our behalf. A full refund ends future access to paid downloads. Already-downloaded files cannot be recovered. A partial refund does not automatically end library access.
6. Support and community
The pass includes email help with setting up the supplied projects and bugs in their original code. Custom development, deployments performed for you, and debugging your modifications are separate services.
Community access is provided through a private WhatsApp group invitation. Joining is optional, requires WhatsApp, and may require administrator approval. Be respectful, protect other members’ privacy, and do not share the private invitation publicly. Contact us to request your invitation if it is not available in your account.
7. Responsible use and changes
Review and test the source code before using it in your application. You are responsible for your deployment, configuration, security, and use of third-party services. These terms do not exclude rights or warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. Updates do not remove lifetime access already granted by a valid purchase. Abuse, account sharing, or unlawful redistribution may result in access being suspended.
